Here are some heat tolerant plans which are flowering even in this extreme summer heat of more than 100F. Cassia fistula, amaltas.
This is society garlic, tulbaghia violacea, a south african bulb. Very heat tolerant. Strong scent in the morning.
Chinese trumpet vine, campsis radicans. Another heat tolerant vine from bignonia family.
Zephyranthes drummondi, being a native of new mexico and texas, blooms in this high summer heat.

Beautiful blooms. My favourite is the yellow one.
Love these beautiful flowers!!! We have also been having 100 degree days here in the Mid South USA!!!
What an interesting and beautiful set of flowers! Love that trumpet vine--
Yes, I recognize several of your heat tolerant plants...they are blooming here too (with the exception of the rain lilies - no rain to bring forth the blooms). The tree is so pretty and unfamiliar. What a showstopper!
Amaltas, my favorite and excellent summer bloomer!
